Welcome to a new week everybody. This weekend I spent 2 intense days, 9 hours a day, learning about insurance. It doesn't get much better than that. And now for something completely different ... I read a fascinating article about outsourcing written by business guru Tom Peters. In fact I also read an interesting critique of the article that made a lot of sense. It's got to make you think.

As for other business, M. Hedayat & Associates is working hard to prepare its new look and feel. We hope to unveil the whole look in the 2nd or 3rd quarter this year: cards, letterhead, website, the works. We think our Clients will like it as much as we do already.

Alright then, just wanted to remind everyone reading this that they are free to contact us with any stray thoughts, positions, theme suggestions, you name it. We're open to new frontiers.

Another day, another post. Well, it's Friday evening at about 6:00 and we're still at work. We hope that all of our Clients had a productive and prosperous week. As we close out the first 1/2 week of our first Blawg we hope that not everyone's day was as rough as ours. I could sure use a weekend off, but instead will be attending day-long seminars on Saturday and Sunday. Talk to you all on Monday (I hope).

We're always looking for new and innovative ways to communicate, as well as great material to share. Here are some ideas that have been fielded: "Day in the Life of a Law Firm," Current Cases (no names please), Opportunities, Legal Technology and How it Shapes the Future of Our Office, Latest Developments in ... (Bankruptcy, Construction, Litigation, Real Property, Commercial and Banking Law, etc.). Of course we are still listening so grab the bull by the horns and take part in the development of our Blawg.

What could be more useful for Clients, Colleagues and others to see what we can offer and what they can learn.
